Simple, usage-based subscription refunds

If Sora availability changes, subscription refund requests will follow the rules below. Active subscriptions are reviewed based on unused subscription credits, and approved refunds are reduced by an approximately 6% processor fee.

Expired subscriptions are not refundable

Once the current subscription term has ended, that subscription period is no longer eligible for a refund.

Active subscriptions are refunded proportionally

If the subscription is still active, we calculate the refund based on the unused share of subscription credits at the time we review the request.

All refunds include an approximately 6% processor fee

Every approved refund is subject to an approximately 6% payment processor or service fee, deducted from the final refund amount.

How the prorated amount is estimated

Refundable amount = unused subscription credit ratio x subscription amount - approximately 6% service fee

We review the remaining subscription credits tied to the active term when your email reaches our support team.

How to request a refund

Email our support team and include the items below so we can locate the correct subscription and review it faster.

  • Your registered account email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Purchase date and any relevant payment proof

Refunds are reviewed under the policy in effect when we receive your request.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Sora2 means you accept the current version.
