Prohibited Content (Including AI-Generated Video, Image, and Audio)

Sana is a generative AI platform. You must not use our services — including any text prompt, reference image, video, or other input — to generate, upload, request, share, or distribute any of the following content. This list applies to all outputs of our video, image, and other AI generation features, and any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, as well as referral to law enforcement where required by law.

• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content (NSFW): including nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive depictions, fetish content, or any other material intended to cause sexual arousal, regardless of whether the subjects are real, fictional, or AI-generated.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content sexualizing minors: any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any form is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual deepfakes: including any sexual or nude depiction of a real, identifiable person created or modified without their explicit consent.
• Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation: realistic depictions of real people (including public figures, politicians, or private individuals) in fabricated scenarios designed to mislead, defame, harass, or harm them, including fake statements, fabricated events, or false endorsements.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm: including realistic depictions of torture, mutilation, suicide, eating disorders, or other forms of self-harm.
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or hate: including content that incites violence against, dehumanizes, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
• Illegal goods, services, or activities: including content that promotes the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, or any other unlawful activity.
• Disinformation, election interference, and fraud: including fabricated news, manipulated political media, pump-and-dump schemes, scams, or other content designed to deceive viewers in a way that could cause real-world harm.
• Personal data and privacy violations: including doxxing, generating realistic depictions of private individuals without consent, or content used to harass, stalk, or threaten any person.
• Content that infringes intellectual property: including copyrighted characters, trademarks, brand identities, or the likeness of real persons used in a way that violates applicable rights.
• Malware, phishing, and security exploits: including content designed to deliver malicious code, harvest credentials, or otherwise compromise the security of any system or person.

Enforcement

We may use automated systems and human review to moderate prompts and generated outputs. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse, block, or remove any prompt or generated output, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, withhold or revoke refunds for violating accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement and regulators where required. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate, download, share, or publish.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sana operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability
